Instructions, Procedures and Rules for Transcript

  1. Read the instructions before starting the online application process
  2. Incomplete application form will not be accepted and no communication to this effect will be made to applicants.
  3. Minimum period of processing, application and booking the consignment (if required) is 15 working days, which may be extended due to unavoidable circumstances.
  4. Online Payement:
    Please visit college website to make online payment for Transcripts and Postage for within India or outside India accordingly as shown below:Payment Page

    Note: Payment mentioned in Sr. No. 2 and Sr. No. 3 (As applicable) shall be made only to receive the hard copy. Payment at Sr. No. 1 is mandatory.
  5. Note down the Transaction ID and Download the Payment Receipt immediately after making online payment.
  6. Payment once paid is not refundable.
  7. Students will be solely responsible for payment made and will indemnify the college for payment failures, etc.
  8. College shall not be responsible for delays, consignment delivered on wrong address, consignment lost in transit, etc.
  9. The documents will be sent through Speed Post only. Applicants should verify and ensure that speed post delivery is available on the given address before making payment.
