Instructions to candidates
  • 1) Before applying on-line, Candidate is advised to read carefully DTE Information Brochure for Eligibility.

  • 2) Before attempting to apply online, keep ready all your documents to feed the data. Before applying Online, the candidates must possess the Scanned passport size photograph with Sign below in JPEG format of less than 100 kb and size is W x H = 235 X 295 Pixels.

  • 4)Read the Instructions carefully before you proceed and click on “ Start Registration” Link to “Continue”

  • 5)Kindly Provide your valid E-Mail id and Mobile Number. Registration details will be sent through SMS to your mobile number.

  • 6)You should fill your correct First Name, Surname, Father's First Name(Guardian's First Name), Mother's First Name (As per your S.S.C. Mark sheet), Date of Birth, Religion (As per your Leaving Certificate) , Address, Contact No., Valid Mobile No.& E-mail ID (Candidate and Parent). Select proper Gender.

  • 7)Date of Birth format should be in MM/DD/YYYY format only.
  • For example your date of birth is 20th June, 1995, you have to enter "06/20/1995".

  • 8)Select your 12th Board & Fill the other details as per your SSC and HSC Marks sheet.

  • 9)Give preferences in Courses offered (e.g. 1,2,3) in the respective boxes in front of the Courses . For example, If your first preference is CM write “ 1 “ in the box. Do not repeat the same no. for the preferences.

  • 10)After filling Complete Admission form click on "Update" button.

  • 11)Once Registration form is updated successfully, you have to confirm the registration form. Once it is confirmed, you will not be able to update. You can take a print out and submit it in the Admssion Cell. For any corrections contact Admission Cell.

  • 12)After successfully filling the Online Registration Form, you can view the same. Click on Print link to take a Print Out.

  • 13)Kindly note down your Registration Number, which is displayed on admission form.

  • 14) Payment of Processing Fee for admission, Rs.1000/- should be paid online through State Bank Collect (Select the category: Pre-Admission Processing Fee) after successfully confirmed application before the deadline. You will have to submit the application form along with the E-Receipt of State Bank Collect. (Processing fee is not applicable for CAP Allotted candidates.)

  • 15)The Candidate is required to submit printed copy of the Confirmed Registration Form in Admission Cell, along with the necessary certified copies of required documents prescribed in Registration Form and paste an identical photograph similar to your uploaded image and sign beneath the photograph.

  • 16) Candidate has to write his/her SBI Collect E-Receipt number(DU Numner) and submit the confirmed application form along with the processeing fee E-Receipt and necessary documents.
