Event Description

We are pleased to inform you that our institute has become a Remote Center of IIT Bombay. A One Day Python Workshop for Teachers will be conducted on Saturday, 22nd June 2019 at Shah and Anchor Kutchhi Engineering College (SAKEC).

Key highlights of the workshop

The Python workshop is organised by the Teaching Learning Centre (TLC) at IIT Bombay, funded by the Pandit Madan Mohan Malaviya National Mission on Teachers and Teaching (PMMMNMTT), MHRD, Govt. of India. This will be a blended training programme that uses A-VIEW for live interactions and Spoken Tutorials to learn to use Python.
Key highlights of the workshop are as follows:

  • It is based on Active Learning strategy.
  • To download the Python (3.4.3) videos, please refer the link here – http://www.spoken-tutorial.iitb.ac.in/python/ .
  • E-certificate will be provided to the participants after successful completion of the workshop.
  • All participants are required to bring earphones, as they will have to listen to video tutorials
  • Participants can bring their own laptops with Python installed if they wish.
  • The last date of registration is 20 June 2019, 12.30 PM.

Course Fees
  • Course Fees Total Rs. 500/-. (Rs. 100 as the course fee to IIT Bombay at the time of online registration and On the day of the workshop Rs. 400 to the Remote Centre).
  • Course Fee includes Lunch, Tea, and course material
